At the Clearwater Valley Homecoming parade last Friday, Oct. 8, at 4 p.m., students rode down Main Street in Kooskia on their class float while royalty candidates each traveled on the hood of a vehicle. A crowd of family, friends and community members lined the street to cheer on the kids. Teacher Vincent (Vinnie) Martinez kicked off the pep rally with football coach Allen Hutchens. CVHS senior Kadance Schilling, was later crowned homecoming queen; and, the football team pushed a car on Kooskia’s Main Street, part of the homecoming tradition for the CV Rams.
