Three arrested for possession of meth

     The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) arrested one man and two women at their Orofino residence early Sunday morning, Jan. 10 on drug-related charges including possession of methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia. 

     The CCSO reports Mary M. Spencer-Gord, 44, and Mitchel L. Blackburn, no age given, were arrested about 7:30 a.m. Sunday by Clearwater County and Orofino law enforcement officers. Another woman, Tammy E. Hixon, no age given, was arrested by Nez Perce tribal police for investigation of possession or consumption of a controlled substance.

     During the search of the residence, methamphetamine, marijuana and items used for manufacturing methamphetamine were also found, according to a news release.

      The Idaho State Police assisted in processing the methamphetamine and the Clearwater County ambulance and the Orofino Fire Department also responded to the incident.
