KCPC hosting Chocolate Fantasy

The Kamiah Community Partners Coalition (KCPC) cordially invites you to attend the third annual Chocolate Fantasy benefit auction and “An Evening of Sweet Indulgence” being held at the American Legion Hall on Main Street in Kamiah, on Saturday, Feb. 16. Take part in a superlative benefit auction starting at 3 p.m. followed by an elegant evening of sweet indulgence with a delectable dinner of savory dishes, beverages and desserts, live entertainment, and chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!

This year’s keynote speaker will be Chaske Spencer, actor and activist, who reminds young people that by standing up to pressure, you can strengthen yourself, influence your friends, and strengthen your nation. Four seats at Chaske’s table will be auctioned off before dinner.

KCPC is raising money to support community efforts which provide an environment where youth and adults can socialize and recreate in drug- and alcohol-free activities. All proceeds will go directly to supporting KCPC goals and activities to reduce and prevent youth substance abuse in the community, and strengthen community collaboration to sustain prevention efforts.

The auction is packed with great donated items and includes something for everyone. A complete list that is updated daily, as well as the decadent menu and other information about this great event, can be viewed on the event web page, http://kcpcchocolatefantasy.weebly.com. The auction is free to attend and open to the public. Dinner tickets are $28 per person. A selection of entrees is available and dinner begins at 6 p.m.
