Hydrologist warns of impending 'big flush' in Clearwater

     Back–to-back months of above average precipitation across most of Idaho 4-10-14-l-lochsa-riverboosted the water supply outlook all across the state, according to the April report released this week by the Idaho Natural Resources Conservation Service.

     March precipitation amounts ranged from 103% to 190% of normal, resulting in a quick recovery of what had been a previously dry start to winter.
