Railcar tips going round the bend

     A railroad car loaded with lumber tipped over last week o12-12-13-train-derailment-nn its journey downriver.

     The incident was reported Dec. 4. The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident.

     The second of two railcars left at the scene appeared to be resting against the side of the mountain just past a sharp curve near milepost 55, parallel to Highway 12. The load appeared to still be intact. The first railcar may also be responsible for keeping the car from turning over.
